Duration of a sauna session about 10-15 minutes

Frequency: 2-3 sessions

Temperature: 80-100 °C

Humidity: 10-30%

   

General rules

(Sauna is not suitable for persons with low pressure and heart problems)

. Take a shower and dry yourself

. Enter the sauna. Lie or sit down and relax

. Go into the open-air, move or sit down and, breathe freely and easily

. Apply cold water several times – affusion and, if possible, immersion baths

. Enjoy about 15 more minutes lying pleasefully on a daybed, drink fresh squeezed juices (not while bathing) and get dressed
